asked 9 years ago I live in a building. I find in hair, cigarettes buds, garbage and don’t ask what else in by balcony every morning . I’ve asked the person living above to not throw anything. But he never listens. Same is with the other people, you will find garbage everywhere. We have to do something to stop this!
Hello ….I feel the same, My neighbors through hairs, cigarettes… when i talked them they ignored me ..they started fighting. :-$
